Multiple stage Mills are used for roll
forming of metals. The mills are distinguished by its Width of its
shaft's roller holding area, its Center height, the capacity for holding
maximum size (dia) of rolls & the number of Stages for the quality
formation of sections, as per the required specifications, with ease.
It is distinguished by its drives- Serial drives, Individual gear
drives, Individual motor drives with speed adjustments by VFD. |

Online Cutting System |

NELSONS Online Cutting System is a unique
way of cutting metal sections by use of air power (pneumatic). It is
very efficient, precession, and faster. Since it is of pneumatic coupled
with electronic gadgets, it is sleek and esthetic as well as cheaper
than the conventional hydraulic and mechanic presses. It is faster;
means, it makes 48 cuts of 3'' shutter patty section (1.2 mm) per
minute. So to say you get a production of 10 MT of shutter patty per
shift of 8 hours. Sections having thickness up to 200mm can be sheared
in our machines. |

NELSONS Uncoiling Machine is a unique
design for holding maximum R.M. Coils for feeding the roll forming mill.
It holds coils at both sides and can be easily indexed at 360 degree,
which means 12 MT of load. |
